Football season is just on the horizon! Throwing around the pigskin means late nights, chilly afternoons and falling leaves for a lot of us, and while for school kids football season is an unfriendly reminder that their summer vacation is on the way out, for sports fans pre-season training is a time for rejoicing.

So for all of our New York Jets fanatics or anyone who’s just looking for an excuse to get out of town and watch men run around catching and throwing oblong balls (in uniform, no less!), the team will report to training camp at SUNY Cortland on July 23rd.

19 of the Jets’s practices will be open to the public, starting Thursday July 24th at 10:00am in Cortland, and with free admission, who could turn down the invite?

All you have to do is download your ticket online, take the quick 40 minute drive out to beautiful Cortland and get ready for a day of football and fun.

Camp visitors are advised to use the SUNY Cortland Stratton Drive entrance off Route 281 and proceed to the camp parking area, which charges a $5 parking fee.

If some pre-season action with the New York Jets sounds like a day well-spent to you, learn more and download your ticket here. Whether you bleed Green and White or you just plain bleed football fanaticism, come out for this special opportunity!
