The New Trend Is Applying Half Face Make Up

There's a new social media trend that's pretty different because it makes a point and gives people an opportunity to compliment you.

The new trend is called The Power of Makeup. Women are posting selfies with makeup on just half their face, and the other half buck naked.  I assumed it was to show how makeup isn't necessary, because you're beautiful without it, and all that jazz. But, turns out... It's exactly the opposite of what I thought.

The whole intention is to show that it's totally ok to wear makeup if you want to, even if it's more trendy these days to say you're on the anti-makeup train.
