Ah, the great toilet paper debate.  A debate which has raged on for years and years.

Right after my son was born, someone came into my home and actually took it upon themselves to change the direction of the toilet paper from over to under and I about lost my mind. It wasn't like the roll was being replaced- I can understand in that situation. This was a new roll and apparently the person didn't like how I had it on the holder and changed it.  Let me tell you, if there's one way to get under the skin of a woman who's recently had a baby and is dealing with exhaustion and hormones, it's to switch the direction of her toilet paper.

While my toilet paper controlling ways are a tad over the top, it looks like I’m not alone in my need for the paper to be over the roll.  According to an actual study on the subject conducted in 2010 by Cottonelle, 72% of people said the toilet paper should go over the top of the roll.

How about you?  Are you an over or an under toilet paper fan?

Out of curiosity, I asked around the Hawk office today and found that most people lean toward using toilet paper the same way. Watch to find out which way!
