It always seem to spark debate. To change or not to change, that is the clock question. Well, some states are proposing measures to eliminate the practice of changing the clocks twice a year.

California has a bill that would abolish this 'time' honored tradition of the changing of the clocks. Alaska, Florida and about ten other states are debating the issue too.

Lawmakers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island want to secede from the Eastern Time Zone and go with Nova Scotia and Puerto Rico.

Rhode Island Rep. Blake Filippi wants to shift to Atlantic Time, one hour east. He says that nearly everyone that he's spoken to would prefer more evening light to first thing in the morning.

I go to work at 4am so for me it's always the same. It's dark when I go to work and it's light when I come home (noon).

If we don't change our clocks then how will I know when to change the batteries in my smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors?  So what do you think should be done?
