The Bears are coming to town on the 6th annual Teddy Bear Toss. The Binghamton Senators are home tonight and tomorrow at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena beginning at 7:05.

Tonight the Hershey Bears are in town. When you come tonight bring a new or gently used teddy bear to toss onto the ice. When the B-Sens score the first goal of the night, toss them onto the ice.  So don't be late to the game.

The great thing is that all the bears will stay here in the Southern Tier. Members of the B-Sens will take the teddy bears to Lourdes, UHS Binghamton General and UHS Wilson hospitals. Other bears will go to the SOS Shelter, Toys for Tots, the Salvation Army and Woodrow Wilson Elementary School.

Also this weekend, the Magic Paintbrush Project will be having their annual jersey auction. Special jerseys with players handprints and caricatures will be up for grabs in a silent auction. All proceeds go directly to the Magic Paintbrush Project.  They provide family and community engagement programs that help individuals of all ages with special needs. The winners will be posted during the 3rd period of Saturday night's game.

Tonight it's the Hershey Bears, tomorrow it's the Albany Devils. Go here for schedule of games and other promotions with the Binghamton Senators.
