Unhealthy Food

The CDC says there are ten foods we eat regularly that are so salty that they consume up to 44 percent of our daily sodium intake. These are those foods.

The New York Times did a survey a little while ago asking people how healthy they thought different foods were.  Then they did the same survey with nutritionists.  Here are five things you might assume are healthy, but aren’t. Again why don't we assume?

I turn to comfort food for two reasons. I'm either sick or I'm really, really sad and need to drown my sorrows. So it doesn't make me to happy to find out that two of my favorite comfort foods have made this list of the 5 most unhealthy comfort foods.
