Binghamton Art Walk Spotlight on Viggo Holm Madsen
Viggo Holm Madsen (1925-1998) was featured in the New York Times, "Who's Who in American Art" among other honors. Tonight, "Viggo Holm Madsen: A Life of Art: A Retrospective," will debut on the First Friday Art Walk with an exhibit that runs through April 14th at the Phelps Mansion Museum on Court Street in Binghamton.
