I don't know about you, but I think everyone deserves to live a longer and healthier life. If you agree, you might be interested in participating in the 2015 Southern Tier Heart Walk.

The 2015 Southern Tier Heart Walk is being held on a new date and at a new location. This year, the event will be at the SUNY Broome Community College Ice Center on Sunday, April 12th from 9am–1pm.
The Southern Tier Heart Walk is a fundraiser for the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. All walkers are asked to set a fundraising goal of $200, but if you don't reach that goal, there's no need to get discouraged because literally every penny helps.

In addition to the walk, you'll enjoy area physical fitness demonstrations, live music and entertainment which will all start at 9am. There will also be sponsor areas where you can learn about heart and stroke health education, survivor celebrations and advocacy. There are even activities for the kids planned.

Survivor and Opening Ceremonies begin at 10:30am with the walk following immediately after. The walk will happen rain or shine.
Register for the walk here or learn more by reaching out to Gina Chapman at 607-341-8535.
