It's an ode to one of Binghamton's most distinguished artists.  SUNY Broome Theater, for the first time ever, will be performing a Rod Serling "Twilight Zone" episode as a part of its fall production. The director, cast and crew are currently rehearsing for "Alien Invasions: Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone and Gore Vidal’s Visit to a Small Planet."

The two early television plays about outer space invaders are set to perform Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 19, 20 and 21 at 7 pm. Gore Vidal’s "Visit to a Small Planet" is a satirical look at American social and political mores. The Twilight Zone episode we are presenting is the famous "The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street."
