Stopped for DWI – “Driving Without Ice Cream” [Watch]

A cop pulled over an African-American couple last Friday on a "DWI" The woman driving seems pretty nervous when he tells her that its obvious that she's violating code 1739, telling her it's against the law to drive on a hot day without an ice cream cone. Ma'am, THAT is the best kind of DWI stop ever!! The police officers name is Kevin Lands out of Halifax, Virginia, He and the other cop hand them two cones, and driver starts to laugh uncontrollably. She laughs so hard it almost seems like she's crying. With everything going on between race relations and the police, I'm glad that someone is taking the initiative. Great job Officer Lands!
