A shift supervisor at a Starbucks in New York was forced to resign this weekend after two videos of her screaming at a customer went viral. So apparently she accused the woman of trying to steal one of those new cookie straws you can get with a Frapp.

Then she told her to "get the F*** out," and wouldn't even let her pay for it. When some of the other customers tried to defend the woman, the supervisor started yelling at the other customers as well. She also told one of the workers to call the police.

If a customer is stealing I can imagine it would anger an employee, but how far is too far when you confront a person for stealing? A lot of companies tell their employees not to even mention it to avoid this very situation. If she had calmly asked the woman if she paid for the item and kept her voice down as to not cause a huge scene she may have kept her job.

Starbucks released a statement that said "she's a good person who was having a bad day,"  and offered the customer a gift card for a hundred bucks.
