This is a big weekend for the Southern Tier! Saturday is the Annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Binghamton.

Also, when you go to bed Saturday night, don't forget to do one very important thing.

Set your clock forward one hour! Remember it's spring forward and fall back. It's a good idea to change the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors too.

The most important thing to remember is, you don't need to stay awake until 2am to make these changes. You may laugh but I have a friend (Traci Taylor) that used to stay awake until 2am because she thought that's what you were supposed to do.

She claims that's what she thought as a child.  My question is, if you were a child, then who let you stay up til 2am? I'm just saying.

So let's think warm (and no more snow) thoughts this weekend! It's time to say goodbye to this cold, snowy winter and throw off our body clocks. That's right! Let the body clock confusion begin.
