    Emerald Isle

It doesn't get much easier to make than this. Just mix two ounces of gin, 1 ½ a teaspoon green crème de menthe, and three dashes of bitters. Stir it and then pour into a glass.

  • 2

    Green Machine Punch

If you don't want to be trapped in the kitchen making drinks all day, make a big bowl of this and let your guests help themselves. You'll need a bottle of vodka, one 12-ounce can of frozen limeade concentrate, ½ a gallon of lemon sherbet, and ½ a gallon of lime sherbet. Dissolve the concentrate into the vodka, and then add the sherbet. If you want to make this alcohol free, just leave out the vodka.

    Shamrock

    Irish Rickey

It doesn't get much easier than this! Put 1 ½ ounce blended whiskey and then 1 ounce of lime juice into a glass. Top it off with club soda and garnish with a lime twist.

    Irish Shillelagh

This drink has more steps and ingredients than some of the others that we've shared but promises to be worth it. You'll need 1 ½ ounces of Irish whiskey, ½ ounce light rum, ½ ounce sloe gin, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1 ounce of lemon juice, ¼ cup of diced peaches, and ¼ cup of raspberries. Put all of those in a blender and mix them well. Pour into a glass and top with raspberries.

    Irish Coffee

Dissolve granulated sugar (or more if you like your drink to be sweet) into 2 ounces of Irish whiskey. Add hot coffee but make sure to leave half an inch at the top of the mug so that you can top it with whipped cream.
