St. Anthony’s Italian Feast Days: June 13th-15th
I’m a sucker for festivals and one of the very first ones I went to when I moved to the Binghamton area was St. Anthony’s Italian Feast Days.
St. Anthony’s Italian Feast Days are fun for the whole family with a ton of food, games, entertainment and more food! The feast takes place at St. Anthony’s of Padua Church at 300 Odell Avenue in Endicott.
This year the feast will run Friday, June 13th from 6pm-12am, Saturday, June 14th from 5pm-12am and Sunday June 15th from 1pm-5pm.
Entertainment will be provided by Los Vega, Masterpiece and Splash on Friday, Los Vega, Masterpiece and The Poets on Saturday and Bill Nanni and Los Vega on Sunday.
You can expect to chow down on pizza fritte, lamb Spiedies, eggplant parm, fried ravioli, homemade sausage, pepper cookies, caprese salad, Italian ice, sangria slush and much more. I definitely recommend wearing comfy clothes because the food is so good that you won’t be able to stop sampling.
On Friday and Saturday adults can play casino games in the church hall and on Sunday there will be a procession with St. Anthony through the streets of Endicott at the end of the 11:30am Mass followed by a chicken BBQ from 1pm-4on and a pasta dinner.
Admission is free, but you’ll need to bring cash to buy tickets to redeem for food and drink. Speaking of drink, there is alcohol at the feast, so if you plan on partaking, don’t forget to bring your ID.
