It's time to think Spring. It's time to think warm thoughts.....It's time to throw our body clocks off. It's time to......

Set your clock forward an hour when you go to bed Saturday night. When you head to bed remember to Spring it forward. Also it's a good idea to change the batteries in your Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide Detectors.

The most important thing to remember is....You don't need to stay awake until 2am to change them. You may laugh but I have a friend (Traci Taylor) that used to stay awake til 2 because she thought that's what you were supposed to do.

She claims that's what she thought as a child.  My question is: If you were a child then who let you stay up til 2 to set your clock ahead? I'm just saying. Let the body clock confusion begin.
