Glenn was kind enough to let me hone in on his family garage sale last weekend and I drug my husband along to help. Lucky guy, huh?

My husband was groaning about all the things I asked him to help with until I bribed him with a trip to get frozen yogurt if he stopped complaining. Worked like a charm!

My husband is a huge fan of the local frozen yogurt places because he's allergic to dairy and most of the local places have dairy free offerings, which he tops with mounds of candy and sprinkles and whatever else you can imagine. We go about once a month or so and this trip, I was incredibly excited to discover that they were offering liquefied Nutella. I usually don't get toppings, but how could I not? I mean...liquefied Nutella. That was a no-brainer.

The nice thing about be married to someone allergic to dairy is that I don't have to worry about sharing things like Nutella because my husband can't have any, but if you live in a house where you have to guard your supply with your life, maybe this is what you've been wishing for.

A guy in Germany heard one of his buddies complain that his kid was always eating his Nutella. So the he designed a “Nutella Lock” that fits onto jars and prevents roommates or kids from stealing it.

The lock works by clamping over the top of the Nutella jar and fastening on one side with a padlock which stops the lid from being twisted off. So far, about 1,000 of these locks have been sold.
