This is a big benefit weekend for race fans and the Animal Care Council, the popular animal shelter on Washington Avenue in Endicott that places cats and kittens in forever homes.  The 6th Annual Action & Auction is Sunday 1pm at the Elks Lodge, Rt. 11 in Kirkwood.  Enjoy the Daytona 500 on the big screen TV's along with an all-you-can-eat buffet, sweets, coffee and soda plus a cash bar.  Doors open at Noon with many great auction items for race fans.
