Do you remember that cartoon called "DuckTales" with the wealthy Scrooge McDuck who would swim in his vault of gold coins?  Toby Keith is so rich that I can visualize him doing the same thing if he wanted to.

Toby Keith burst onto the country music scene in 1993 with “Should’ve Been A Cowboy” and hasn’t slowed down since releasing 16 studio albums, two Christmas albums, and three compilation albums. He’s also had more than 40 songs on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including 19 number one hits and 16 additional top ten hits.

It’s good to be Toby.

According to the latest issue of Forbes magazine, Toby has earned roughly $500 million since his career started with $65 million of those dollars earned in the last year- more than any other county artist.

And get this- Toby has never earned less than $48 million a year in the last 5 years.

Not too shabby for a boy from a sleepy little town in Oklahoma, huh?
