When was the last time you did a cheap family movie night?  There's a great one this Saturday night, January 18th at 7pm showing the computer animated PG rated comedy, "Despicable Me 2."

Bring the family out for "drive-in style" movie night at the JCC, 500 Clubhouse Road in Vestal.  This is fun idea as families can bring their own blankets, pillows or chairs.  Some even wear their own pajamas.

The movie is open to the public, no reservations necessary and the cost is only $10.00 for a family up to five people and an additional $5.00 per person over five people. There's even complimentary popcorn for all.

JCC Health, Physical Education & Recreation Director, Dan Whalen says "the goal of Family Movie Night is to provide an opportunity for families to enjoy a night out together and to provide affordable programming for families in our community."

"Usually my 2 year old goes to bed early, but we're going to make it a special Saturday night," says a mother of two pre-schoolers.  "We've already seen the movie, and really like it.  We're looking forward to seeing it again at this cheap night out.  It will be a fun night."
