I don't know anyone who looks forward to being pulled over by the police, but if it has to happen, I hope it happens to you and me in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Police officers in Lowell recently got into the holiday spirit and, instead of issuing tickets for minor traffic violations, they played Santa Claus. Instead of asking for the driver's license and registration, cops asked what they'd like for Christmas.

The officers then secretly relayed the wish to his team of police elves standing by at a store. While the officer stalled for time, the police elves were buying the gifts, wrapping them and running them over to the traffic stop. Drivers were stunned. The Lowell Police Department says they did it to show citizens that they care about them.

I don't know about you, but if this happened to me, I'd cry. Hard.
