Ryan’s Superhero Run This Saturday at Hickories Park

Have you heard of Ryan's Superhero Run? It's the third year of this family event and it's happening this Saturday, May 19th at Hickories Park in Owego.

Runners, Walkers, Wheelchairs and Strollers are all welcome in the 1K race and if you're more the serious type, there is a 5K for you. So put on your favorite super hero outfit and get ready for a SUPER day.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with the 5K Race beginning at 9:30 a.m. and the 1K Race at 10:30 a.m. This walk will start near Rebecca Wietzman's Dog park at Hickories Park.

This is one of the biggest fundraisers for Kali's Klub House which provides therapeutic riding and equine assisted learning along with equine interaction for the senior community members.

Kali's Klub House is located at Fargnoli Farms in Apalachin and they provide an environment of support that help individuals with emotional, physical and social disabilities to expand their boundaries.
