Rockin For A Cure Dinner In Norwich

The Relay for Life of Chenango County wants to "set new records to rock and roll cancer free" with a chart topping chicken and biscuits benefit dinner and Chinese Auction.

It'll be at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 37 West Main Street in Norwich from 4:30-7 this Saturday.

The Relay's dinner includes "Love Me Tender" chicken and biscuits, smashing real garlic mashed potatoes, far out peas with baby carrots, cool coleslaw, king crimson cranberry sauce and beverages. Don't forget dessert-that will be a brownie Sundae.

Adults are $7, kids 6-12 are $5 and kids 5 and younger are free. Takeouts will be available and so will delivery (within the Norwich City limits. Call 334-8801 for delivery information). All proceeds from the dinner will benefit the 2014 Relay for Life of Chenango County on July 18th and 19th at the Chenango County Fairgrounds.
