Rich Birdsall Runs the Insane Inflatable 5K [WATCH]
Alright, remember when we said that you anyone can "run" this 5K? I meant it. I sent out on a journey with the kids to prove to you a then 270 pound man and children, then ages 10, 8, 7 and 4 can run this course. The youngest, Ellis, is only 4-year-old and he completed the obstacles just fine!
