Restaurant Offers All Bacon Menu

I think a trip to Chicago is in order for this bacon loving girl!

You might remember last week a listener called the Hawk Morning Show and told us how to combine two of my favorite things- coffee and bacon.

Well, now I’ve learned that a new restaurant in Chicago features a menu that includes bacon in almost every dish- even the desserts!

The place is called Burke’s Bacon Bar (love the name) and offers 9 sandwiches, 8 of them include bacon and for dessert you can pick up bacon chocolate cookies (I’ve had these and they’re amazing!) or bacon peanut brittle.

There’s no telling how long the bacon craze will stick around, but for people like me who love bacon even when it’s not the fad, this sounds like heaven.  How cool would it be to have a place like this in the Binghamton area?
