Rascal Flatts’ Joe Don Rooney and Wife Tiffany Fallon Welcome Baby Girl

Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts and his wife Tiffany Fallon welcomed a new addition to their family on Monday September 29th.

People magazine reports that baby girl Devon Olivia was born at 7:01pm weighing 6 lbs., 11oz. Devon is a little sister to 4-year-old Raquel Blue and 6-year-old Jagger Donovan.

Joe Don and Tiffany say “We are so thrilled to finally become a party of five. Jagger and Raquel are so happy to be her big brother and big sister.”

There's no doubt little Devon will be beautiful just like her mom who was a runner-up to Miss USA in 2001.

Devon makes seven Rascal Flatts' kids in total -- Gary LeVox has two daughters, while Jay DeMarcus has both a daughter and a son.
