President’s Day Facts [GLENN REACTS]

Today is President's Day or as I like to call it, 'National Check the Mailbox for No Reason Day'.

Here are my top 5 fun (and mostly true) facts about our Presidents! I never understood why they're called 'fun', but here you go.

5) John Quincy Adams liked to swim nude in the Potomac River.  I don't find that 'fun' at all, more like creepy.

4) Franklin D. Roosevelt at his 1st Inaugural Address said, "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." What you don't know is the original draft was "The only thing we have to fear are phobias."

3) Calvin Coolidge liked having his head rubbed while he ate breakfast in bed.  Traci asked me if that was really true...I don't know because I wasn't the one rubbing his head.

2) Richard Nixon said, "A man is not finished when he is defeated." If he were still alive today he would have added, "Unless he passes instead of runs." (Super Bowl reference)

1) The Bushes are related to Marilyn Monroe, Benedict Arnold and Winston Churchill.  That fact is actually fun!
