Prancersise: The Hilarious New Way To Work Out [VIDEO]

This is one of the funniest things I’ve seen all week. If you love horses and you love workouts that make you look crazy, I’ve found just the exercise for you.

Introducing prancercise!

A Florida woman named Joanna Rohrback invented this special little one person cardo party and describes it as “a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse’s gait and ideally induced by elation.”

Joanna explains that prancercise is all about “self-expression, non-violence, and conversation”.

I can’t vouch for the first two, but I’m sure you won’t have any problem striking up a conversation with confused and horrified onlookers.  Enjoy:
