Pennsylvania State Police Seek Help Finding Missing Union Dale Woman
Update: 11/13/14: It is with great sadness that I report that the body of Harriet Keim has been found.
Update: 10/10/14: It's been two weeks since Harriet Keim of Union Dale, PA went missing. According to a Facebook page created to help find her, Harriet left her home on foot and the area near her house was searched very thoroughly.
Harriet's friends and family think that someone might have picked her up while she was walking and they hope for her story to be circulated in areas away from her home so that if someone did give her a ride or has seen her, they will know she is missing and authorities need to be called.
Original story: Pennsylvania State Police are looking for an 84-year-old Union Dale woman who was last seen near her home on Airport Road in Herrick Township around 6am Tuesday September 30th.
Authorities say that Harriet Keim is known to walk along roadways. She stands at five feet, one inch tall and weighs 100 pounds and has shoulder length gray hair. Keim was last seen wearing black jeans and a beige sweater.
State police are asking anyone in the Union Dale area to search unlocked cars or shelters that Keim could have wandered into.
