Park Benches Publicly Display Your Weight

How embarrassed would you be if your friends and family members knew exactly how much you weigh? How about if complete strangers (and not the kind who work in a doctor's office) found out?

Remind me not to visit Moscow, okay? Benches in some of the parks of Moscow will soon be replaced by seats containing digital scales. So basically anyone brave enough to sit down will have to endure having his or her weight displayed on a large electronic panel for all to see.

I guess this could be considered fat shaming at its best.

The benches are sponsored by fitness clubs and will also display ads for nearby gyms as well as nutrition tips. But still...
