Owego’s 34th Annual Strawberry Fest: June 20th-21st
Owego’s Strawberry Festival will be here before you know it and I can’t wait- this is hands down one of my favorite Southern Tier summer events to visit.
If you’re looking for a weekend of fun for the entire family, Owego’s 34th Annual Strawberry Festival would be it. Close to 30,000 people descend on Owego every year for this event which features delicious food, entertainment on every corner, and up to 200 vendors.
There are plenty of other fun things planned for Friday’s Block Party and Saturday’s Festival including fireworks over the river, wine, beer and spirits tasting, the Strawberry Festival Parade, a rubber ducky derby, chicken BBQ, pig roast, games and more.
The Owego Strawberry Festival runs Friday night June 20th from 5:30pm-10:30pm and Saturday June 21st from 9am-5pm on the streets of downtown Owego. Admission is free!
