Let's face it, eating healthy can get boring.  I've had personal trainers tell me to set aside one day a week after working hard in the gym and eat what you want.  Some people subscribe to that while other trainers may not.  Think of it as a reward for work well done.

This week TIME magazine reported that Olympic athletes are lining up under the Rio golden arches in record numbers and they're "lovin' it."  The athletes may be fit but reportedly, the line has stretched a couple of blocks back to enjoy Big Macs, fries and McFlurries.

Since McDonald's is an Olympic sponsor, they are providing free food to the athletes that crave the comfort food.  I guess you could say it's a well deserved treat.  As one nutritionist put it, "Olympians have the capacity to metabolize fat in a far superior way than the rest of us."

Those athletes deserve it!  And so do you.  We are looking for more "lovin' moments" that could win you a $50 gift card to McDonald's. If you've witnessed or participated in a random act of kindness, we want to know about it.  We've teamed up with McDonald's to share and celebrate those Little Lovin' Moments.  Click HERE to find out more.
