The eyes of the world was focused on Las Vegas Nevada where a panel of four ruled unanimously to grant OJ Simpson parole after serving nine years in prison for armed robbery.

I remember the day and where I was on October 3, 1995, when OJ Simpson was found not guilty of the brutal murders of his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

After nine months, a 12-person jury found that he was not guilty and the trial was over OJ was free.

In 2007 OJ Simpson stormed into a room at a Las Vegas Hotel and pulled a gun on individuals holding them against their will and demanding sports memorabilia that he claimed was his.

He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, armed robbery and kidnapping, and sentenced to 33 years in prison.

Some people feel it was payback for the innocent verdict in his 1994-95 murder trial.

I think many people feel he did commit the murders of Nicole and Ron, and he was found liable in a civil trial, he was supposed to pay restitution to the Goldman’s and Browns, something he has continued to dodge throughout the years.

Even though this is not about the murder trial of the century it’s hard not to see that whenever you look at this man.
