Norwich Man Accused of Dealing Heroin

A Norwich man is accused of dealing drugs at a business in the  Village of Sherburne.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say 21 year old Jesse Dann was arrested during an investigation into a report of suspicious activity at the business.

Deputies say they found him to be in possession of heroin that he reportedly intended to sell.

Dann is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

He was sent to the Chenango County Jail and ordered to appear in Village of Sherburne Court at a later date.
