There are many things that I look forward to at the Great New York State Fair in Syracuse. I love seeing all the animals, concerts and the butter sculpture. After I get done looking at the sculpture, I like to take a very short walk to my favorite thing about the fair.

I'm talking about the 25 cents a cup milk. According to Syracuse.com, the group that has been running it for the last 60 years quit after the state pulled it's funding. You know the saying, "Don't cry over spilled milk." I won't be because it isn't there anymore.

But wait, CNY Central is reporting that it will be back. Dave Bullard from the Fair said that they will continue the tradition of 25 cents cup of milk. So now I'm not crying.

I guess the one way to find out is to go to the Great New York State Fair between August 23rd and September 4th. There theme is "Find Your Great." I think it's great that the 25 cent milk is staying. The Great New York State Fair runs from August 23rd to September 4th.

Go here to keep up with the latest for this and any other developments.
