I'm not so great with immodesty.  What they say about modesty going out the window when you give birth is absolutely true, but it was still totally awkward for me.  So was getting fitted for a bra. Actually, that was mortifying.

The reason I got fitted for a bra was because I had the most excruciating back and shoulder pain and knew I wasn't getting the support I needed and most likely wasn't wearing the size I should have been. I wasn't, and after getting fitted for the proper size, my back pain has practically disappeared.

A recent survey found that 64% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. 29% of these women know they're wearing a bra that's the wrong size and that they should be fitted, but haven't done it. Why? Um, because it's awkward!

Well, the awkward days of being fitted for a bra might be over thanks to something called the “Catherine,” a 3D fitting mirror.

Apparently, all you have to do is stand in front of this mirror, slowly turn in front of it, and it'll  calculate your bra size. The mirror has a built-in scanner and registers 140 measurements of your body, then offers up your the correct size you should be wearing and what that size is for different brands of lingerie because sizes differ based on brand- kind of like how you might wear a size 14 jean from one store, but a size 10 from another store.

"Catherine" was installed in Hong Kong and was so popular that it's not been installed in  London too. I don't know about you, but I can't wait for it to come to the states!
