Bob Joseph/WNBF News [March 5, 2014][/caption]The fourth murder trial of Calvin Harris will be presided over by state Supreme Court Justice Richard Mott.

Harris is to be tried again after a Schoharie County jury could not reach a verdict in his third trial last May.

Authorities have said they believe the town of Spencer man killed his wife, Michele Harris, in September 2001. The woman's body has not been found.

Harris had been found guilty of murder twice by juries in Tioga County but those convictions were thrown out.

The Schoharie County judge who presided over the third Harris trial, George Bartlett, asked that another judge be named to handle the next trial because of his workload.

The next trial is expected to start next March.
