In as little as a 3 hour drive, you could be enjoying a series of concerts in the Big Apple.  In celebration of the Grand Ole Opry's 88th Birthday and Hawktober's Country Music Month, the Opry and Southwest Airlines are flying some new Nashville Sounds to Bryant Park in New York.

Some of Nashville's hottest new acts will be singing on the Opry's famous microphone standing on a replica of a wood circle from country music's most famous venue.

Artists include:  Tyler Farr ('Redneck Crazy'), Monday September 30th; Love and Theft ('Angel Eyes'), October 3rd; and 'The Voice' winner Cassadee Pope, October 7th.

According to the official press release, all concerts are open to the public and will be based on a first-come first-served basis.  To find out more on Nasville's New Music in New York, click HERE.
