Mark your calendar because things are about to get really fun (and definitely messy) in the Southern Tier!

The Family Enrichment Network has announced the fist annual Mud Mountain Rock & Run will happen on May 10th at the Tioga Sports Complex in Lisle.  The race will start at 9am with events and music running until about 7pm.

The 5K course will offer 12 obstacles with a lot of mud followed by an after party with food, beer and live music. Among the acts scheduled to perform are The Horseflies, Chad Darou and Stealing Time, The O'Neill Brothers, The Egomaniacs, Rhythm Gypsys, Tumbleweed Highway and Grace's Ghost.

Registration is $75 and includes admission to the race and after party, as well as a snack, a medal, t-shirt, something cold to drink at the end of the race and one spectator ticket. If you register before April 18th, you can take $25 off registration. If you don't want to participate in the race, but want to be there to watch the fun and listen to the bands, $10 tickets are available for the concert and after party.
