If you’re looking to enjoy a day of fun on the 4th of July and live in the Montrose area, they’ve got an entire day of fun for the whole family planned as they honor their wounded warriors this July 4th.

The day starts with a one mile fun run, 5k and 10K and if you’d like to participate, you can learn more about the races and register (registration must be completed by June 30th) here.

In the mood for pancakes? You won’t want to miss the all you can eat pancake breakfast from 7:30am-10:30am at the Montrose United Methodist Church on the corner of Maple and Church.

Take a stroll through the Village Green and check out arts, crafts and food vendors from 8am to 4pm, but be sure you don’t miss the Patriotic Parade which starts on Grow Avenue at 11am.

The night will end with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk at Montrose High School.
