Even with the mini van flying in all directions to cater to families needs and soccer practice drop offs, TheAtlantic.com revealed that mothers today are less physically active than their 1965 counterparts.

On average, today's moms spend 7 more hours sitting down, watching television, driving or on their ipads.  In 1965, moms spent more time on their feet doing physical work (housework) or child care.

I would love to see the stats on dads in 2014 vs. 1965.  Any guesses?
