Add singing in Spanish to the list of things that Midland can do. The up-and-coming country trio plans to release a Spanish version of their chart-topping song "Drinkin' Problem." Readers can press play above to listen to a clip.

Midand took to Instagram to announce the multi-language news to their fans with a snippet of the song: "Really excited to share a preview of the Spanish language version of our song "Drinkin’ Problem" that we recently recorded with our buddy @jaydelacueva," the write, continuing to talk about their partnership with the Mexican songwriter, producer and musician. "Jay is one of Mexico's great rock stars, and we are honored to have had the opportunity to collaborate with him on this."

Although a release date for the Spanish-language version of "Drinkin' Problem" has not yet been released, fans can hear a snippet of the song and view in-studio footage from its recording.

The English version of "Drinkin' Problem" was a big success for Midland: The debut single reached No. 1 and was certified gold. Band members Mark Wystrach, Cameron Duddy and Jess Carson wrote the song with hit tunesmiths Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne long before the group signed with their label, Big Machine, and while the group was still just getting to know McAnally and Osborne.

Perhaps it shouldn't come as a surprise that the group is multi-faceted enough to sing in another language, though: Midland have long been men of many talents. In addition to their roles in the band, Wystrach is a former soap opera actor and Dior model, and Duddy is a noted music video director whose collaborations include a music video for pop artist Bruno Mars.

The original "Drinkin' Problem," along with the rest of Midland's freshman album, On the Rocksis available on iTunes now.
