Endicott police have arrested two people after investigators executed a search warrant at a suspected meth lab on the village's North Side.

Authorities say 37-year-old Donald House III and 24-year-old Tashia Corey were taken into custody without incident Wednesday morning at their residence on North McKinley Avenue.

The arrests followed an investigation into a meth lab that was discovered Saturday on the second-floor of a two-family house. The property is just north of the Huron Campus.

Endicott police detectives and members of the state police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team executed a warrant at the residence on Sunday.

The investigation resulted in the seizure of heroin and methamphetamine. Police also confiscated materials used to make meth.

House has been charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. Corey was charged with criminal nuisance. Both were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substanece.

House and Corey were arraigned in Endicott village court and sent to Broome County Jail.
