Most of us have to settle for things like free coffee as the biggest on-the-job perk that we get, but those who work for one online shopping company are getting a much bigger perk. How much bigger? We’re talking company-financed weddings.

the CEO of Boxed and he has promised to foot the bill, up to $20,000, to help his employees pay for their wedding. And the most incredible part of this is that the weddings will be financed by Huang's personal funds. That’s right- personal finances.

Huang made the decision to help out his employees after he heard about a warehouse employee who broke down in tears while explaining that he was trying to find a way to juggle his mom's medical bills and his wedding. Huang told the Huffington Post, "We had to step in and do the right thing."

But Huang isn’t just helping out with weddings. The generosity of this CEO goes even further. Huang is also offering unlimited vacation and sick time and free tuition for the kids of all employees, salaried and hourly. Not surprisingly, Huang says, "Only two people have ever left the company."

Obviously since people started hearing rumblings of Huang’s generosity, the company has seen a massive increase in the number of people applying to work there. There are quite a few job openings with Boxed right here in New York state...just saying...
