A guy decided to do a little experiment: drink 10 Cokes a day for 30 days to see what would happen. The results? Scary.

So why did George subject himself to this extreme experiment? "In short, to raise awareness about how much sugar you drink every day and to remind you how unhealthy it is," George wrote. "You think you're not drinking 10 Cokes a day? Add up some of your usual drinks and see how the sugar content compares. You may be surprised to find that you're just as insane as I am."

As George says, it's not just Coke. Sugar is in everything. So the moral of the story is this: as hard as it might be, cut down on the sweet stuff before it destroys your body!
