You can help make a special wish of a child with a life-threatening medical condition come true and have fun golfing at the same time. Don't miss out on this life changing event.

It's the 18th Annual "Make-A-Wish Open" at Traditions at the Glen. It's happening on Monday, June 13th. Talk about a great excuse to take a three day weekend.

You'll have a chance to play 18 holes of Captain and Crew golf with a cocktail reception and dinner. Shotgun start at noon.

Wish Kid Connor Stanton of Binghamton and his family will be featured at the event. His wish was to go to Hawaii and his wish came true in October 2015.

For information or to register for the tournament, go here. You don't want to golf but you want to be a part of this event. You can just come to the dinner for $25. Proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish Central New York.

Make-A-Wish has been granting special wishes since 1985 and helps kids between the ages of 2.5 and 18 years old. They've granted more than 1,600 wishes throughout the 15 county region which includes Broome and Chenango.

Help them to continue to say YES to every eligible child.
