Mac and Cheese + Bacon + Vodka= Mactini

I want this and I want this right now.

Coffee, bacon and mac and cheese.  Those are my favorite foods/drink in order. If only there were a way to fuse coffee into this recipe- it’d be absolute perfection.

The person at the restaurant in San Diego that came up with this is my hero. It's called the Macaroni and Cheese Martini and is exactly what it sounds like. (Heavenly, I’m sure) mac and cheese and bacon in a martini glass and drizzled with vodka.

My taste buds are in overload right now just thinking about this!
