Spiedie Fest has been a Southern Tier Tradition since the 80's. We've seen several bands and seen several changes, but what remains a constant is the family fun that can be had any of the 3 days of the event. The vendors have outstanding varieties of things never found in stores. One year I bought hand painted, lighted glass bottles! I even purchased a genuine leather wallet that i am still using today!

One of the great traditions of Spiedie Fest has always been the Great Spiedie Cook-Off where contestants use there special recipes to wow the judges and take home the coveted plaque! Dis you know The Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally was featured on Food Network's "Unwrapped"?
