One of the things that I look forward to every year is the Dick's Sporting Goods Open. There are several players that I look forward to watching play. They include Fred Funk, Craig Stadler and Tom Watson. Well 2 more of my favorites have just committed.

It's Kenny Perry and Fuzzy ZoellerOlin Browne who was the 2011 U.S. Senior Open Champion has also committed.

Kenny was the 2013 Constellation Senior Players Championship winner. He is also one of three Champions Tour players in the field at this week’s Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass.

He is the current reigning Charles Schwab Cup Winner. He had quite a 2013, he took the Senior Players Championship and U.S. Senior Open in consecutive tour starts before going on to win the AT&T Championship.

I enjoy watching Kenny because he seems like your average guy. He looks like you and me on the golf course......except he drives it 125 yards farther, pitches it to within feet of the hole and then makes the putt on the first try. I'm happy when my first putt ends up closer to the hole.

Champions Tour fan favorite, Fuzzy Zoeller and his Fuzzy Vodka will be back again.  He's one of 3 golfers to have won the Masters in their first appearance at the event (1979). He also won the 1984 U.S. Open. He also won the 2002 Senior PGA Championship and 2004 MasterCard Championship.

He's the kind of guy that you would want to have a drink with. Especially if it's Fuzzy Vodka and you're buying. He's a delight to watch and really down to earth.

The Dick's Sporting Goods Open is August 11th -17th. Play begins on the 15th with a sold out Zac Brown show on Friday after play is done. Also don't forget to end the weekend on Sunday at En-Joie with the Wendy's Walk for Kids.

The Walk has some tickets to the sold out Zac Brown show.  You'll also be helping out the Wendy's Walk for Kids.....Talk about your win, win. Go here to get your tickets to the show. Also, find out how to get involved with the Walk here.

Now if we can get Gary Koch to the DSG Open then my list will be complete.
