Kenny Chesney Spreading The Love To Boston

Earlier this week Kenny Chesney appeared on Katie Couric's show to promote his Spread the Love Fund which he started with the Boston Medical Center to help people injured in the Boston Marathon bombing receive the medical care they'll need to recover from their injuries.
