Kelly Clarkson isn't just singing in her NBC holiday special. In a move that follows Carrie Underwood, Kelly will also be acting in a few skits inspired by Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol' during tonight’s 'Kelly Clarkson's Cautionary Christmas Music Tale.'

Kelly will play an Ebenezer Scrooge-type diva who learns the true meaning of Christmas over the course of the show. Blake Shelton, Whoopi Goldberg, William Shatner, Heidi Klum, Robin Williams and Jay Leno appear as special guests on the show. And as expected, Kelly will also sing several songs from her new Christmas album, Wrapped in Red.

Wrapped in Red features a collaboration on "Silent Night" with Trisha Yearwood and Reba, who just happens to be Kelly’s new stepmother-in-law. They'll reprise that performance on the Christmas special.

NASCAR star Danica Patrick, Matt Lauer, former Queer Eye for the Straight Guy star Jai Rodriguez and Ken Jeong of Community and the Hangover movies also appear on 'Kelly Clarkson's Cautionary Christmas Music Tale,' airing tonight at 10pm on NBC.''
